target market

target market is that you are targeting a group of  people who would want or try out your product as they are more likely to buy your product than people who wouldn't be interested in your product, so when marketing your product you will focus on demographics and Psychographics  of people you will be marketing the product to for example a video game or a movie or comic or toy.  demographics are stat information about person's sex, age, income, education and more however this doesn't tell anyone about their interests at all, so psychographics are a person's interests, beliefs, attitudes and more.  with demographics and Psychographics some people might have the same demographics as others but don't have the same psychographics interests  as them or some people might have the same psychographics interests as each  others however don't the same demographics as each other.
